My Story: I have struggled with my weight my entire life. Gaining nearly 100 lb. during my first pregnacy. Loosing this extra weight and more with diet and exercise. Inspiring me to go back to school for a degree in nutrition. I was diagnosed with low-thyroid in the past few years. Which lowered my energy level and in turn gained weight. So I am still fighting with my weight. In October of 2010 I found out I am allergic to carrots, pineapple and sulfites. As well as sinsitive to gluten. (Sulfites are preservatives found in most canned and processed foods.) January 2011 I became Vegan. This may not be for everyone, but the health benefits are amazing!
