I have recently become a vegetarian.  I know if seems quite drastic!  But I am loving it and feel a freedom of movement and being. 

This was a health decision as well as a compationate decision.  I have recently discovered that I have many allergies to foods and preservatives in processed food.  Plus my digestive system wasn't likeing me one bit!  So I cut out the foods I am allergic to and all processed foods.

The holidays can be a hard time for some of us.  With expectations being high, the pressure to live up to those expectaions can be frustrating.  Try to keep things simple!  Ask for help!  Enjoy yourself!  Relax!  Don't forget to take care of yourself!

Life gets so busy!  Don't forget to take care of yourself and slow down.  I am having a hard time with that right now, so much to do and not enough time.  Give yourself a break when things get busy, don't be too hard on yourself!  Take a big breath and put your feet up. Just got back from the Pueblo Holistic Fair and met some wonderful people there!  It seems that a lot of people are a time of change and seeking what is really important to them.  Reassessment of our lives can be scarry, refreshing and exciting.  It is so hopeful to meet people who are arising to the occasion with this opportunity for growth.

I recently heard about a high school classmate who died.  I guess death may be closer than any of us know.  So I was thinking if I knew I was going to die soon, what would I want to do.  How would I change things in my life?  What would I get rid of, we hold onto things that are not worth while, we do things that are not worth while.  Why not change things now, don't wait until it's too late.
