The universe is starting to shift, making changes happen in our lives.  That which seems like a devastating blow could be a step toward growth and better things to come.  I have noticed this with myself and others in the past 6 months. 

I recently left a 26 year marriage and life now has a totally new focus.  It's like the world has opened up new opportunities for me, more than I could have ever imagined.  I am looking forward to tomorrow and the next step and the next.

I have recently become a vegetarian.  I know if seems quite drastic!  But I am loving it and feel a freedom of movement and being. 

This was a health decision as well as a compationate decision.  I have recently discovered that I have many allergies to foods and preservatives in processed food.  Plus my digestive system wasn't likeing me one bit!  So I cut out the foods I am allergic to and all processed foods.

Just got back from the Pueblo Holistic Fair and met some wonderful people there!  It seems that a lot of people are a time of change and seeking what is really important to them.  Reassessment of our lives can be scarry, refreshing and exciting.  It is so hopeful to meet people who are arising to the occasion with this opportunity for growth.

I recently heard about a high school classmate who died.  I guess death may be closer than any of us know.  So I was thinking if I knew I was going to die soon, what would I want to do.  How would I change things in my life?  What would I get rid of, we hold onto things that are not worth while, we do things that are not worth while.  Why not change things now, don't wait until it's too late.
